KAILUA-KONA — West Hawaii Today will be publishing Election Day results from county and statewide elections as they come in. County Council and charter amendment totals are taken from county reports. Statewide results reflect state of Hawaii reports. Percent of vote is given as total votes by candidate or choice with blank and over votes subtracted.
